Rick Talley
Founder
Rick has been an active leader in the marketing research community
since 1968. Moderating over 4,000 focus groups, he is well known
for his creative and dynamic approach. His strategic and marketing
perspectives provide value-added learning to client projects.
His
marketing expertise has been recognized both in business and academic
circles. He's been a guest lecturer at the University of California,
Berkeley, USC, and Golden Gate University. He's taught Qualitative
Advertising Research to business leaders at the National AMA School
of Marketing Research at the University of Notre Dame.
Dr. Mary Ann Barr
Principal and Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Mary Ann uses her extensive background in clinical psychology
and organizational development to uncover the emotional issues
that drive human behavior.
Mary
Ann conducts hundreds of training seminars and business consultations
for organizations seeking to improve their customer service and
brand relationships.
For the past twenty-five years, Mary Ann has held a UCSF Medical
School adjunct appointment.
Donna Harrington
Account Director
Donna brings sixteen years of marketing research experience to
her role of managing quantitative studies at Talley Research.
Her strategic thinking and tactical know-how bring value to every
assignment. Prior to Talley Research Group, Donna
managed the research department at Holiday Inn Worldwide, where
she conducted customer and employee audits worldwide and worked
extensively with the management team in developing a new strategic
direction for the corporate brands. Donna began her marketing
research career on the supplier side, managing large-scale tracking
studies for such companies as BellSouth, BAPCO, Southern Bell,
AFLAC and Shaw Industries.
Dr. Wayne Thurston
Account Director and Licensed Clinical Psychologist
With fifteen years of organizational and employee development
experience in the healthcare field, Wayne applies a whole systems
approach to solving client's research issues. His insights about
markets, organizations, and employees have helped many businesses
solve problems quickly with lasting results.

Wayne has consulted with the board of directors of several companies,
providing a holistic way of thinking that embraces customers,
employees and the operational aspects of business endeavors.
